Fulfillment Mode
Fulfillment Mode is a tablet-optimised section of Iraca designed for warehouse and production floor work — large tap targets, minimal navigation, and device camera access. It is accessible at any screen size but is built for shared floor tablets.
Open it from the main navigation: Fulfillment (the grid icon), or navigate directly to /fulfillment.

Quick Add Product
Use this screen to capture a new product directly from the warehouse floor — without going to a desktop.
How it works
- Take a photo — tap the camera area. Your device's rear camera opens. The photo uploads to Iraca in the background.
- Fill in the basics:
- Product Name (required)
- SKU — leave blank to have Iraca auto-generate one
- Unit of Measure — select from common units (unit, lb, oz, kg, case, etc.)
- Unit Cost — optional; enter the cost per unit
- Tap Save Product. A confirmation screen appears.
- Tap Add Another to register the next item, or navigate back to the Fulfillment home.
What happens next
The product is created as active in your inventory with the fields you entered. Everything else — description, category, recipe linkage, barcode, supplier, reorder points — can be filled in later from the full Inventory → Products page on the desktop.
Tips
- The photo is taken with the rear (environment-facing) camera by default. If you retake, the previous upload is discarded.
- If the photo upload fails (poor Wi-Fi on the floor), the product is still saved — you just won't have an image. You can add one later from the desktop product page.
- SKUs are auto-generated in the format
PRD-XXXXXif left blank. You can rename them from the desktop.
