Monthly Label Limits

Some plans include a monthly cap on how many shipping labels you can buy. This article explains how the limit works and where to see your usage.

How the limit works

Your plan may set a number of labels you can purchase each calendar month. Every label you buy — through Iraca, your own carrier account, or a marketplace like Amazon, Walmart, or Etsy — counts toward that month's total. The count resets on the first of each month.

If your plan has no cap, there's nothing to track and nothing to see — buying labels is unlimited.

Seeing your usage

When your plan sets a limit, the Shipping dashboard shows a Labels used this month indicator with a progress bar — for example, 18 / 50. It's hidden entirely on unlimited plans.

When you reach the limit

Once you've used your monthly allowance, label purchases are blocked with a message telling you how many you've used:

You have used 50 of your 50 monthly labels. Upgrade your plan to purchase more.

To keep shipping, upgrade your plan from the Billing page. Your new allowance applies right away, and the counter still resets at the start of next month.

This guide covers the Iraca app and its add-ons. The Iraca Marketplace is documented separately.
