Printing Packing Slips
You can print a packing slip for any order — on its own, or together with the shipping label.
Print a packing slip on its own
Open the order and choose Print Packing Slip. The slip opens as a print-ready PDF in a new tab. This works for any confirmed sales order, whether or not you've bought a shipping label — handy when you pack first and buy postage later, or hand-write the label.
The packing slip uses the paper size and footer you set in Shipping → Settings, including any per-marketplace overrides.
Print the label and packing slip together
Once you've bought a label for an order, open it and choose Print Label + Packing Slip. You'll get a single PDF with the shipping label and its packing slip paired together, ready to print and pack.
You can also get this pair:
- Right after buying a label in the Buy Label dialog — the Download Label button.
- For many orders at once on the Purchase Labels and Print Batch pages.
Split shipments — package numbering
When an order is split into multiple packages, each packing slip shows a prominent "Package X of N" banner (for example, "Package 2 of 3") near the top of the slip. This makes it easy for warehouse staff to verify that every box in the shipment is accounted for and match each slip to the right label.
Single-package orders are unaffected — the banner is hidden automatically.
Good to know
- Print links open the PDF directly — there's nothing to download and re-open.
- A packing slip always reflects the order's current contents, so reprint any time the order changes.
