Duplicating Records
Most list pages in Iraca have a Duplicate button — the two overlapping squares icon — next to each row. Clicking it creates an immediate copy of that record with " (Copy)" appended to the name, then refreshes the list so the new record appears right away.
What gets copied

Notes
- The duplicate is created immediately — there is no confirmation dialog.
- You can rename the copy right away by clicking Edit.
- For HACCP Plans, the duplicate always starts as Draft regardless of the original's status, and the approval signature is cleared.
- Orders cannot be duplicated.
